You can cancel the order any time after placing it or return the goods within 7 days of its receipt. In case of return of goods, Customer shall bear the cost of delivery to return the items to Nine2Five.
Nine2Five can also cancel the order on its own before its delivery in the event that any product or service displayed through Nine2Five bears any error. This error could be typographical, inaccuracy or omissions with respect to product description, pricing, promotions, offers and/or availability.
The return can be effected by way of email written to firstname.lastname@example.org . This shall be done before the elapse of the 7 day period from date of receipt of delivery. It shall be noted that items shall be returned in the same condition as these were upon receipt. The article shall not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
In case you receive a defective or faulty item, you are requested to notify Nine2Five within 48 hours of delivery. In such a scenario, Nine2Five will provide full refund and also bear the cost of return of defective articles. You might also be required to provide additional evidence, such as photo of the defective product, in order to process the refund.
You will receive an acknowledgement Return Authorization email, within 2-3 business days. Return of article shall happen only after receiving this authorization.
Please note that the products sold under SALE or which have been customized (stitched) as per your requirements will not be eligible for returns except in condition that these is a manufacturing defect or an in-transit damage or a wrong item has been delivered.
Nine2Five guarantees total refund for the products which are returned or for the orders which are cancelled, provided the goods are returned in same good condition in which these were delivered. The refund can be in the form of store credit.
The refund would be processed within 14 days of successful return. Please note that Nine2Five initiates the refund only after the returned product has reached us and the quality check has been done successfully at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that the refund initiation time may vary at times, as it depends upon the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned item(s) to the Nine2Five warehouse.
If the payment is done by debit or credit cards, the refunds will be credited into the same account through which payment was made.
